Farid Basir

Farid Basir is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cahya Mata Sarawak, with more than three decades of experience in leadership, people and organisational transformation.

His career spans multinational corporations and major Malaysian institutions, including Nestlé (with international assignments), Bank Rakyat, Telekom Malaysia and MBSB.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and contributes to management education as an adjunct professor.
